By signing in to Pregame, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service. These terms may be updated periodically — continued use constitutes acceptance of any changes.
Pregame is a pre-party coordination app. Hosts create party rooms with a unique code, invite guests via shareable links, manage RSVPs and supply lists, and run party games (Truth or Dare, Kings Cup, Flip Cup, Beer Pong). The service includes free and paid tiers.
Pregame is a coordination tool. Users are responsible for their own conduct at events. Pregame is not liable for any incidents occurring at parties organized through the service.
Hosts must provide a valid email address to create parties. Guests may join party rooms with a name and party code without creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your magic link emails. Do not forward sign-in links to others. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
Free plan users may host parties with up to 6 guests and access Truth or Dare and Kings Cup game modes. Pro and Party Host upgrades remove guest limits and unlock all 4 game modes.
Pro subscriptions are billed monthly at $2.99/mo. Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled. The Party Host upgrade is a one-time payment of $4.99 (unlimited guests for one party). All payments are processed by Stripe. You may cancel your subscription at any time — your access continues until the end of the current billing period.
Refund requests within 7 days of any charge will be honored. To request a refund, email CEO@epicai.ai with your account email and the charge date. Refunds are not available after 7 days.
You may not: post offensive, threatening, or illegal content on the party feed; attempt to reverse-engineer or scrape the service; create multiple accounts to circumvent free plan limits; or use automated tools to interact with the service.
Party posts, supply list items, and game content you submit are visible to other party members. By submitting content, you represent that it does not violate any third party rights. We reserve the right to remove content that violates these terms.
Pregame is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We make no guarantees of uptime, data preservation, or fitness for a particular purpose. Our liability is limited to the amount you have paid us in the 30 days preceding any claim.
